Severe Thunderstorm and Flood Warning in Effect

The National Weather Service has issued a weather watch for our area for both severe thunderstorms and flooding.

The thunderstorms are capable of proiducing in excess of an inch of rainfall in a short period of time. Heavy rain will result in flooding of roadways and areas with poor drainage.

The thunderstorm warning is in effect until 4:15 p.m. and the flood advisory until 6:15 p.m.
