Snowy Weather Predicted for Tomorrow

The National Weather Service predicts a light snow Wednesday afternoon.

PennDot has begun to brine area roadways in anticipation of winter weather Wednesday, Feb. 8.

The National Weather Service is predicting a light dusting of snow tomorrow with accumulation of about a half inch.

But the Lehigh Valley Weather Patrol with disagree. They predict an inch North of I-80, around one inch between I-80 and I-78, and up to two inches South of I-78.

LVWP forecasts a high of 34 tomorrow that will quickly fall below freezing when the snow starts. "Temperatures aloft are well below freezing, so even if temps get slightly above freezing at the surface, it will still fall as snow throughout."

PennDOT has begun to brine area roadways in anticipation of winter weather. There's been very little of the white stuff this year, helping the townships save on expenses, but it's nice to see a little snow in winter. Yes or No?
