Woodmont Place at Palmer Opens Doors

Ribbon cutting held for new rental units

There's a new housing development in town -- Woodmont Place at Palmer.

Touted by developer Woodmont Properties as a luxurious and stylish residential rental community, a ribbon-cutting ceremony was held June 2.

The 216-apartment complex is at 100 Woodmont Circle, just off of Freemansburg Avenue. Each unit offers one- and two-bedroom floor plans, what the developer calls a state-of-the-art fitness center, and walking trails, picnic areas and dog runs.

A total of 30 units already had lease agreements signed in the first month, according to Woodmont Properties President Lewis Zlotnick.

“I am pleased to see Woodmont has delivered on every promise,” said township Supervisor David Colver. “They have designed and built an extraordinary community that is part of Palmer Township’s bright future.”

According to the developer, the rents run from $1,189 for a one-bedroom unit to $1,395 for a two-bedroom unit.
