2 Cops Hurt In Philadelphia Crash: Police
Two Philadelphia Police officers were hut in a crash with a civilian vehicle early Wednesday morning in Germantown, authorities said.
PHILADELPHIA — Two Philadelphia Police officers were hospitalized after a crash early Wednesday morning, according to authorities.
The crash happened at about 12:34 a.m. at Germantown and Glenwood avenues.
Police said the two officers were in a marking police vehicle when it was struck by a green Honda HR-V.

The officers suffered unspecified injuries and were taken to Temple Hospital for treatment by another police unit, authorities said.
NBC10 reports the Honda's driver was not hurt.

Both the police and civilian vehicles needed to be towed from the scene.
Authorities are investigating the crash.
