Here are the top three stories in Philadelphia today:
- The 2022 Made in America Music Festival returns to the Ben Franklin Parkway this Labor Day Weekend. The two-day music event, curated by Jay-Z, will be headlined by Tyler The Creator and Bad Bunny, among other performers. Visit Patch for additional information on the music festival and associated road closures. (Philadelphia Patch)
- Noah Schnapp, who starred as Will Byers in Netflix's hit series "Stranger Things," is now attending the University of Pennsylvania. Schnapp recently told Flaunt Magazine he will be studying business at the Ivy League school, stating he wanted to "try something new." The young actor, who also reported he will be living in student housing, was recently spotted during UPenn's move-in day. (Philadelphia Patch)
- The international BANKSYLAND exhibition is scheduled to come to Center City next weekend from Sep. 2 to Sep. 5. The first-ever Philly exhibit will include over 80 pieces and installations, including never-before-seen pieces and salvaged street artworks.
