2025 6ABC Dunkin’ Thanksgiving Day Parade: What To Know

PHILADELPHIA — The oldest Thanksgiving parade in America is back again, with the 6abc Dunkin’ Thanksgiving Day Parade set to dazzle viewers in person and on screens Thursday.

The parade will start at 9 a.m. Thursday, with marchers stepping off at 20th Street and John F. Kennedy Boulevard. They will go east on JFK to 16th Street, then north on 16th to the Benjamin Franklin Parkway. Marchers will turn left on the Parkway to the steps of the Philadelphia Museum of Art.

All parade fun will be broadcast live on 6abc starting at 8:30 a.m. with a pre-parade special. Those not in the Action News broadcasting area can watch the parade on Hulu and ABCNewsLive.

6ABC's Adam Joseph, Rick Williams, Cecily Tynan, Alicia Vitarelli, and Karen Rogers will once again serve as the parade hosts

Special guests this year include the cast of "Abbott Elementary," "Jeopardy!" host Ken Jennings, Kelly Ripa and Mark Consuelos, "Good Morning America" weathercaster Sam Champion, Carson Kressley of "Queer Eye for the Straight Guy" and "Dancing with the Stars," Ryan Seacrest, Vanna White, and three-time Super Bowl Champion Troy Aikman, sports announcer Joe Buck, Maxwell Simkins from "Shifting Gears," Walt Disney World Ambassador Serena Arvizu, as well as Mickey Mouse, Minnie Mouse and their friends.

Asher HaVon, Bianca Ryan, Cameo, David Archuleta, Deejay Young, Four Tops, Gabby Samone “American Idol," Jordin Sparks, Quad City DJ’s, and Sarah Potenza will all perform at the parade, as well.

The parade will also feature performances from Oak Mountain High School “Spirit of Cahaba” Marching Band from Indian Springs, Alabama; Pendleton Heights Show Choir from Pendleton, Indiana; Penn Marching Kingsmen from Mishawaka, Indiana; Varsity Spirit All American Cheerleaders.

Performances also include a celebration of America’s 250th birthday, All-Star Tap Dance Team "FanTAPulous," Dancin’ on the Parkway! Parade Dancers, Nikki Renee Daniels and Jeff Kready with the "Philly Pops," Parade Youth Choir, Philadelphia Ballet, Students from the Creative and Performing Arts High School, and The Philadelphia Orchestra.

Ensemble Arts Philly will also give performances from "Back to the Future: The Musical," "Shucked," "The Sound of Music," "Disney’s Beauty and the Beast," "Hadestown," A Soulful Christmas Mass Choir, and Philadanco!.

Participating floats include Calliope, Strawberry Shortcake, Philadelphia's Freedom Float, Hermey the Misfit Elf, Peppa Pig, Daniel Tiger, The Bumble, Fraggle Rock, Smurfette, The Sounds of Music Float, and many more.
