2025 Grammy Awards: See Philadelphia-Area Winners

From pop star Sabrina Carpenter to classical musicians Karen Slack and Michelle Cann, the Philly area was well represented among winners.

PHILADELPHIA — The Philadelphia area made out pretty good at the 67th Annual Grammy Awards ceremony Sunday night, securing five Grammys.

The area's biggest winner was Sabrina Carpenter.

Carpenter, a Quakertown native, won the awards for Best Pop Solo Performance ("Espresso") and Best Pop Vocal Album ("Short and Sweet").

Abington's Bradley Cooper also won an award for his work on the soundtrack for his Leonard Bernstein biopic, "Maestro."

Cooper took home the "Best Compilation Soundtrack For Visual Media" award along with Yannick Nézet-Séguin & Jason Rude, and Steven Gizicki.

Soloist Karen Slack and pianist Michelle Cann of Philadelphia's Curtis Institute of Music won the award for Best Classical Solo Vocal Album for "Beyond The Years - Unpublished Songs Of Florence Price."

And lastly, the award for Best Choral Performance went to Philadelphia's own The Crossing choir. Their song "Ochre" secured them the highest honor in music.
