$20K Reward Offered In Hunt For Deadly Shooting Suspect
Philadelphia Police are offering a $20,000 reward for information leading to the arrest and conviction of Francisco Fernandez.

PHILADELPHIA — A $20,000 reward is being offered for information leading to the arrest and conviction of a man Philadelphia Police said fatally shot another man earlier this month.
Francisco Fernandez is sought in connection with the fatal shooting of Darnell Brown, 36.
Brown was found suffering from a gunshot wound to his chest at about 7:33 p.m. Oct. 18 on the 2400 block of North 31st Street.

He was taken to Temple University Hospital, where he was pronounced dead at 7:51 p.m. that day.
Police said Fernandez and Brown exited a gas station in the area just before the shooting.

Surveillance footage showed the men talked as they walked away from the store.
Police said Fernandez then shot Brown once in the chest before running off.
Authorities have not determined a motive in Brown's killing.
