PHILADELPHIA — The Pennsylvania SPCA this weekend is offering cat adoptions at just $10.
The $10 cat adoption fees are being offered Saturday and Sunday at the Pennsylvania SPCA's headquarters, 350 E. Erie Ave. in Philadelphia.
Cats 1 year and older can be adopted for the low fee.

The PSPCA's standard adoption process will still be in place.
