  1. Local Philadelphia musicians are teaming up for a concert to raise money for Ukraine relief. The concert will take place on Friday, Apr. 8 at 7:00 p.m. at Golden Gates. In addition to music, the event will feature Ukrainian food and guest speakers. (wpgtalkradio.com)
  2. Federal officials have charged eight people in connection with carjackings and violent crimes all across Philadelphia. The U.S. Attorney's Office released the names of six new defendants who were charged with these crimes. The Attorney's Office charged two other defendants back in February. (FOX 29 Philadelphia)
  3. As COVID-19 cases continue to rise across the country, Philadelphia and other northeast cities are recommending a return to indoor masking. Philadelphia's city health commissioner Cheryl Bettigole stated, “It's not required yet, but Philadelphians should strongly consider wearing a mask while in public indoor spaces." Currently, Philadephia has had a 3 percent positivity test rate over the last two weeks. (CBS 3)
