Here are the top stories today in Philadelphia:

1. Philadelphia police are searching for a dirt bike rider who was involved in a hit-and-run late Monday evening. At around 10:30 p.m. on Allegheny Avenue near Front Street in North Philadelphia, a dirt bike rider allegedly hit a teenager on a skateboard. The 17-year-old is in critical condition and the suspect remains at large as of Tuesday evening. (6 ABC)
2. The Parks On Tap beer garden is returning to the Fairmount Water Works this Friday. The beer garden will be open from 5 p.m. to 10 p.m. Wednesday through Friday, and from noon to 11 p.m. on Saturday and Sunday. This year, Parks On Tap will have special celebrations for Juneteenth and Pride. (Philadelphia Patch)
3. A deadly overnight shooting on Tuesday morning led to the death of one man. The shooting occurred at 1:30 a.m. at 55th and Media Streets during an argument between two men. According to investigators, one man allegedly shot and killed his ex-girlfriend's new boyfriend. (CBS Philly)
