- On Sunday, Philadelphia police fired at three men after they witnessed a fatal drive-by in the East Germantown. A dark silver Nissan SUV shoot at a 31-year-old man fifteen times before driving away as police shot at the vehicle. The victim was pronounced dead on the scene and no suspects were arrested. - Areas in Philadelphia are seeing an infestation of wasps as temperatures rise. Because the weather has been fluctuating so much, wasps have been appearing in greater quantity than others. There are over 100 species of wasps that are populating Philadelphia. (FOX 29 Philadelphia)
- Philadelphia police had to pull a man and his dog from a partial house collapse in Nicetown on Sunday night. Dennis Myers, the victim, was not injured in the collapse, nor was his dog. City officials are still investigating the cause of the building collapse. (CBS Philly)
