  1. On Wednesday morning, a sound engineer was ambushed by five gunmen outside of a recording studio in South Philadelphia. The man was waiting on an Uber Eats order when he was shot. He was transported to Jefferson Hospital and is expected to be okay. (CBS Philly)
  2. Authorities have taken in a suspect in connection with the SEPTA sexual assault incident that occurred on Sunday afternoon. Quintez Adams was taken into custody after he was identified as a suspect in the rape incident. Adams was also wanted in connection with an indecent exposure incident that occurred earlier in the month. (Philadelphia Patch)
  3. Philadelphia is looking to revise outdoor "streetery" rules after restaurant owners gave their feedback. Many restaurants said that customers still prefer an outdoor dining experience. They say they're hoping the city makes changes to the rules for restaurants to apply to operate outside. (Billy Penn)
