  1. On Thursday night, a drive-by shooting in Kensington killed a teenager on a bicycle on 2nd Street. The drivers fired ten shots before driving away. The teen has been identified as Javeth Reynoso. "We believe this may have been a drive-by shooting. We are getting information from witnesses that the shooter or shooters may have been inside a pickup truck that was traveling south on 2nd street," said Philadelphia Police Chief Inspector Scott Small. (WPVI-TV)
  2. Next school year the Philadelphia School District will move the high school start time to 9:00 a.m. The later start time is to make sure students are rested and can get to school safely. Pre-K programs and elementary schools will keep their current schedule. (NBC 10)
  3. Some Philadelphia homeowners are getting their water turned off. The water turn-offs are happening because homeowners are failing to upgrade their water meters, however, many homeowners are reporting they are following instructions and still getting their water shut off. Over 10,000 homeowners could get their water cut off at the current rate. (WPVI-TV)
