Man Stabbed After Argument With Neighbor In Philadelphia: Reports

A 47-year-old man is in critical condition after he was stabbed early Friday morning after a dispute with a neighbor, reports state.

PHILADELPHIA — A stabbing in Philadelphia that started with a neighbor dispute ended with one man in critical condition and another man in custody.

The stabbing happened at about 12:30 a.m. Friday on the 4500 block of North 16th Street, Action News reports.

When police were called to the area for reports of a stabbing, they found a 47-year-old man sitting on a front porch suffering from at least 10 stab wounds, according to Fox 29.

Police took a 43-year-old man into custody and found a bloody four-inch knife at the scene, NBC10 reports.

Witnesses heard an argument, then shouting, before police were called.

Police said it's unclear what the argument was about, but that the argument and ensuing moments stemmed from an ongoing dispute.
