- According to SEPTA, masks will not be required in vehicles, stations or concourses. After a Federal circuit decision to strike down the national mask mandate covering airlines and other public transit, SEPTA will no longer require masks in their transit facilities. However, employees in SEPTA facilities will still be required to wear masks, per City of Philadelphia policy. (ABC 6)
