  1. If you've seen rats scurrying around construction sites and vacant properties in your neighborhood, a new bill could make rodent sightings a thing of the past. On Thursday, the Philadelphia City Council passed a bill that would require all construction projects and property owners to develop rodent management plans before beginning any work. The legislation will now head to Mayor Jim Kinney's desk; according to Kenney's office, the mayor intends to sign the bill. (PhillyVoice.com)
  2. The Philadelphia Police Department is seeking the community's help in locating a missing boy last seen with his father on Feb. 11. 6-year-old Naseer Humphrey was last seen leaving the 35th Police District Headquarters with his father, Abdul Humphrey. According to police, a custody order states that Abdul was to return Naseer to his mother on Feb. 13; neither Abdul nor Naseer has been located at this time. (Philadelphia Patch)
  3. On Friday afternoon, Philly activists and public officials rallied in solidarity with Ukraine. The event was hosted by the Honorary Consul General of Ukraine in Philadelphia, which hosted a rally at the Art Museum last month ahead of Russia's invasion. (CBS Philly)
