SEPTA Adding Extra Service For Eagles-Giants Game Sunday

SEPTA is offering Eagles fans more trips on the Broad Street Line ahead of Sunday's game to help them get to the Linc quickly and easily.

PHILADELPHIA — Eagles fans planning to head to Lincoln Financial Field for tailgating and to attend the Eagles-Giants game will have extra service on SEPTA to help them get to the stadium.

SEPTA will be running extra service on the Broad Street Line for Sunday's game.

Extra trips will leave from Fern Rock Transit Center every 10 minutes from 10 a.m. until about 12:30 p.m. Kickoff is 1 p.m.

The Broad Street Line takes riders right to the South Philadelphia Sports Complex via NRG Station.

Fans heading down to The Linc can connect with the Broad Street Line from dozens of bus routes, and there is a free transfer from the Market-Frankford Line and City Trolley routes at 15th Street/City Hall.

The Broad Street Line is also a short walk from Regional Rail stations in Center City and is easily accessible from the PATCO High Speed Line for riders from South Jersey.

Credit/debit cards, in physical form or through apps like Apple Pay, Google Pay, and Samsung Pay, are accepted on all SEPTA modes at any turnstile or fare box with a simple tap on the validator. With Express Mode enabled for credit/debit cards, riders do not need to wake or unlock their iPhone or Apple Watch to pay.

Fans are encouraged to load funds onto their SEPTA Key card before the game.

Regular fares apply for all travel to and from the game.
