  1. A suspect remains on the loose after a dispute over a parking space led to a shooting near 17th and Chestnut. According to police, at about 1:50 p.m. a delivery driver and a driver of a white car got into a heated exchange after arguing over who was first to park in a parking spot in Center City. The delivery driver punched the other person who then took out a gun and shot the delivery driver in the hand and neck, said police. The delivery driver has been listed in critical condition.   2. A street safety improvement project is coming this spring to West Philadelphia. The Chestnut-Walnut Traffic Safety project will include paving more than six miles between Chestnut Street from 34th to 63rd Street, and Walnut Street from 22nd Street to 63rd Street. The project will also include improvements to the bike lanes and safer pedestrian crossings. (westphillylocal.com)
  3. Philadelphia officials have announced that more than 1 million residents are fully vaccinated against COVID-19. The announcement comes one day after unveiling a new response system to the coronavirus in Philly. According to officials, 1,000,566 Philly residents are now fully vaccinated representing 80.6 percent of Philadelphians. (Philadelphia Patch)
