Siblings, 4 And 7, Missing Since Friday, Last Seen With Mother: Police
Philadelphia Police said Xela Santiago, 7, and Xealwyse Santiago, 4, were last seen with their mother Althea Underwood, 33, last week.

PHILADELPHIA — Two children, 7 and 4 years old, are missing and were last seen with their mother last week, Philadelphia Police said.
Xela Santiago, 7, and Xealwyse Santiago, 4, were last seen with their mother Althea Underwood at midnight Friday on the 200 block of Adrian Way.
Xela is 3 feet 11 inches tall and weighs 50 pounds. She has brown eyes and black hair, and could be wearing a gold jacket.

Xealwyse is 3 feet tall and weighs 45 pounds. He also has black hair and brown eyes. It is unknown what he was wearing when he was last seen.
Underwood, 33, is in violation of a custody order, police said. She likes to frequent the 30th Street Station, according to authorities.
