- Three people have been arrested after a shooting yesterday afternoon in southwest Philadelphia. The incident occurred at the 5300 block of Grays Avenue, where the shooting prompted a brief barricade between the shooters and police. After the standoff, police placed two men and a woman in custody. (FOX 29 Philadelphia)
- The Kimmel Cultural Campus and The Philadelphia Orchestra announced the first hire of their new joint organization. Judia Jackson will be the organization's Chief People & Culture Officer, where she will be responsible for and integration of work cultures and leading the new organization. The hiring comes after a month-long national search. (Broadway World)
- Now that the winter nor'easter that hit Philadelphia over the weekend has passed, officials have the snowfall totals from the city. According to the National Weather Service, the snowfall range between as little as four inches to nine inches in different parts of Philadelphia. The average in the metro Philadelphia area was about six inches. (Philadelphia Patch)
