  1. On Saturday, a car was stolen in Philadelphia with two children inside; both were found safe that evening. A woman left her car running with her one-year-old and four-year-old children inside while dropping off groceries for her family, at which time an unidentified suspect entered the vehicle and drove off. Five minutes later, officers found the four-year-old was found walking barefoot in the snow; the stolen vehicle was spotted approximately two hours later, with the one-year-old safely in the backseat. 2. As part of the American Rescue Plan Act, the National Endowment for the Arts is set to distribute more than $1.4 million to 14 Philadelphia-area arts organizations. The funds will be used to increase and maintain staffing, promote increased health and safety measures, and cover the cost of facilities and events. PHILDANCO, the Asian Arts Initiative, The Philadelphia Orchestra, ArtistYear, and BlackStar are among the recipients of the grant. (PhillyVoice.com)
  3. Northeast Philadelphia firefighters battled a house fire in freezing conditions early Sunday morning. The blaze, which started around 3:45 a.m. and required the residence to be evacuated, was under control by 4:20 a.m. No injuries have been reported at this time. (WPVI-TV)
