'Stranger Things' Star Playing Philadelphia Concert
Finn Wolfhard, known for playing Mike Wheeler on the hit Netflix show "Stranger Things," released his solo album "Happy Birthday" in June.

PHILADELPHIA — The star of Netflix's hit series "Stranger Things" is coming to Philadelphia, and he's not bringing anything creepy along with him.
Finn Wolfhard, known for playing Mike Wheeler on the paranormal show, is also a musician who released his solo album "Happy Birthday" in June.
And he's heading out on a tour to support the album.

Wolfhard will play The Foundry at The Fillmore Philadelphia on Sept. 11.

"Happy Birthday" has already garnered 4.64 million streams and counting.
The album marks Wolfhard’s first solo release after several releases with his bands Calpurnia and The Aubreys.
"Happy Birthday" grew out of Wolfhard’s personal challenge to pen 50 songs by the end of 2022.
Throughout the record, Wolfhard explores themes of anxiety, self-discovery, the ever-changing dynamics of relationships, and the nostalgic freedom of childhood.
