  1. Joseph Rodriguez has been charged and arrested in connection to the death of Francis Decero. Decero went missing on Apr. 26 and was found unresponsive in a brush in the area of 31st and Tasker Streets, shot, stabbed, and beaten. According to police, surveillance video shows Rodriguez parking his car in the area and then driving off in another. (FOX 29 Philadelphia)
  2. Philadelphia Police Commissioner Danielle Outlaw gave an interview Monday morning to discuss major issues regarding Philadelphia and its police department. Commissioner Outlaw spoke on gun violence, the South Street mass shooting, and declining active police officers. She also discussed the growing feud between Mayor Jim Kenney and District Attorney Larry Krasner and its impact on the department. (WPVI-TV)
