Suspicious Briefcase Leads To 30th Street Station Evacuation: Report
The Philadelphia Police bomb squad inspected a briefcase that reportedly had wires coming out of it at the busy transit hub early Wednesday.

PHILADELPHIA — Philadelphia's 30th Street Station was evacuated early Wednesday morning after a suspicious briefcase with wires coming out of it was spotted.
The discovery was made at about 12:30 a.m. at the station and prompted a response from the Philadelphia Police bomb squad, as well as the evacuation of the busy transit hub, NBC10 reports.
Ultimately, it was determined the briefcase contained electronic equipment, police told the news station.

Both Amtrak and SEPTA said the incident did not cause any service related issues.
