  1. A man and woman are in this hospital after being shot in West Philadelphia on Friday morning. The shooting occurred at 11:40 a.m. near 45th and Market Street; the woman was shot twice in the chest and the man was shot in the arm. They are expected to recover and no suspects have been arrested as of Friday afternoon. (FOX 29 Philadelphia)
  2. On Friday morning, Philadelphia high school students walked out of class to rally for abortion rights at Love Park in Center City. High schoolers from at least five schools attended the walkout rally. Students were also calling for additional funding and more staff hires. (WPVI-TV)
  3. A man was shot in the head and killed while driving an SUV on the 400 block of West Sedgley Avenue late Thursday night. After being shot the man lost control of the vehicle and crashed into a fence. Investigators are currently looking into the crash. (CBS Philly)
