Witness Speaks After Fatal South Philadelphia Hit-And-Run
"Come forward. This person did not deserve to die like that, just come forward, because you had to know you hit somebody," a witness said.

A 44-year-old woman was struck and killed by a silver SUV while she was crossing the street in South Philadelphia on Sunday night, police say. The incident happened just after 5:30 p.m. on the 600 block of Oregon Avenue.

"Please come forward. This person did not deserve to die like that, especially for the new year, just come forward, because you had to know you hit somebody," a witness said.
