  1. A woman has been arrested and charged with third-degree murder for the collision that killed two Pennsylvania state police troopers and a pedestrian on I-95 early Monday morning. Jayana Tanae Webb was allegedly under the influence at the time and charged with multiple offenses. Webb was denied bail by the judge during her hearing. (NBC 10 Philadelphia)
  2. A special election to replace a convicted former Philly Councilman is be held on May 17. Councilman Bobby Henon resigned in January after he was convicted in a federal corruption trial. Henon represented the city's 6th Council District, so only residents in the 6th District can vote. (NBC 10 Philadelphia)
  3. A family reunited with their dog that was taken from Southwest Philadelphia home over the weekend. A neighbor's video surveillance camera caught the theft on camera; no further details are available on where the dog had been or who had taken her. Lady, the dog, was dropped off in front of a neighbor's house on Tuesday morning after being missing for four days. (WPVI-TV)
