150 Shade Trees Are Planted In Radnor

The trees help provide shade thoughout the township's parks and residential neighborhoods.

RADNOR, PA — The Radnor Shade Tree Commission, partners, and volunteers planted 150 trees 150 bare-root native shade trees in the last week throughout the 13.9 -square mile township.

A total of 50 trees were planted in parks, including The Willows, Harford Park & Trail, Cowan Park, and Dittmar Park. An additional 100 trees were planted at residents' homes as part of the Shade Tree Commission's Street Tree Program.
