Sidewalk construction in front of the Colonial Theater had traffic down to one lane in each direction on Bridge Street in Phoenixville for much of Tuesday afternoon. Construction on the block between Main and Gay Streets is expected to last several weeks because this section involves a lot of custom brick work.
Crews on the scene told Patch that the section directly in front of the Colonial Theater will be finished in time for Blob Fest which runs July 12-14 at the theater and neighboring areas of Phoenixville.
