Attorney To Discuss COVID-19 Impact On Evictions In Free Seminar
An attorney will offer a free online seminar in tenant-landlord law, focusing on evictions, hosted by Phoenixville Public Library.

PHOENIXVILLE, PA — An attorney will discuss the impact of COVID-19 on eviction proceedings and explain eviction law in a free online seminar July 22. Christina Drzal, Supervising Attorney for the Regional Housing Unit of Legal Aid of Southeastern Pennsylvania, will speak. Phoenixville Public Library is hosting the event on landlord-tenant and eviction law, July 22 at 10 a.m.
Drzal will cover the basics of landlord-tenant law in Pennsylvania, and will review important landlord/tenant statutes. She will explain the eviction process, explore viable eviction defenses, discuss the impact of COVID-19 on eviction proceedings.
Phoenixville Public Library announced the event open to the public at no charge. It will be held online or by phone, via Zoom. Registration is required on the Adult Events Calendar at www.phoenixvillelibrary.org or by calling 610-933-3013 x132, in order to receive an invitation to the Zoom session.
