Cornhole Tournament Host: Phoenixville Police
Phoenixville police officers are hosting a cornhole tournament on Saturday, Oct.1 to raise funds for a "Shop with a Cop"program.

PHOENIXVILLE, PA - Phoenixville Police Association is hosting a cornhole tournament to raise funds for the department’s “Shop with a Cop” program.
The tournament is scheduled from 1 to 4 p.m. Saturday, Oct. 1 at Root Down Biergarten, 425 Bridge St.
The funds from the tournament will help support the police departments holiday season shopping spree for children.

Children in need in the Phoenixville Area School District are treated to funds to buy presents for themselves and their loved ones.
Last year, the officers took the children shopping at Target, in Oaks, Upper Providence Township to buy gifts. Each child received $200.
