Did You Hear That?
Here's a cool idea for shade with a concert to escape a little of the summer's heat.

Thousands of people drive past it every day on the ride between Phoenixville and King of Prussia. The Carillon at Washington Memorial Chapel is a great place to find some shade from the scorching summer sun.
While you're there you can hear the bells playing, depending on when you stop.
There are free concerts offered every Wednesday night in July and August from 7:30-8:30 p.m.
Bring a lawn chair or blanket and enjoy shady breezes and a beautiful view of the Continental Army's Parade grounds across the street in Valley Forge National Historical Park. It's a free and only about 10 minutes from Phoenixville on Route 23.
