Gluten Free in Phoenixville?

If you can’t defeat wheat, won’t try rye, find grain a pain, are rootin’ to find an eatery with no gluten…okay, I’m worn out on the rhyming front. Celiac disease and gluten sensitivity are on the rise nationwide, and there are a host of Phoenixville restaurants and cafés that cater to folks with such allergies.

Over at Phoenixville Does, they’ve laid out a list of area businesses that have gluten free options. According to the site, , , , Dia Doce, Marci’s Morsels, ICED by Betsy, and all carry GF offerings.

Additionally, by the count of your intrepid editor (who himself suffers a range of digestive maladies that fall well outside the scope of this article),  carries some bakery items that are free of gluten, and new kid on the block is able to adjust much of its menu to accommodate celiacs.
