Have You Seen 'Spot" Run?

A newly-rescued Great Dane jumped the fence and ran away from his foster home in Charlestown on Tuesday morning at about 11 a.m., a Phoenixville Patch reader is reporting. The dog, black with a white stripe on his chest, is named 'Spot,' but is said to be unlikely to answer to the name.

Spot is reportedly "very fearful," so much so that Kathy Wilson, the reader who alerted us to his disappearance, said you shouldn't attempt to approach him: he will just run away.

Spot's foster home is at 31 Glenview Road in Phoenixville. Anyone who spots him is asked to call Sheila at 484-686-1959 or Kathy at 610-505-6610.
