Interviews To Fill PASD Board Vacancy Happening Live Tonight

Phoenixville school district's board will hold 10-minute candidate interviews live tonight, and will fill an empty board seat next week.

PHOENIXVILLE, PA — Ten-minute live interviews of candidates to fill a seat on the Phoenixville Area School Board of Directors will happen in tonight's PASD meeting.

At 6:45 p.m. Sept. 16 the board convene and will begin interviews with candidates at 7 p.m. The board said in its Monday night workshop that after the public interviews, nominations and a vote to fill the vacancy will be taken in the Sept. 21 meeting of the board.

Board member Lori Broker resigned in August, having served three years. She joined the PASD board in 2017 at the same time as Board President Blake Emmanuel, Jeesly Soto and Christopher Caltagirone.
