Directly across from two banners that read "Phoenixville" and "Hope" on the north end of Bridge Street sits one of the signature buildings of the renaissance of Bridge Street.

The owner of the Columbia Inn is hoping someone will bite on the building and business at the owner's $1.8 million asking price.  The price covers everything, including the kitchen sink.

The Columbia Restaurant Bar and Grill is a privately owned and formerly operated restaurant establishment known for its high quality food and service that has been a staple in the Phoenixville town center for many years. Built in 1892 of Victorian design, the current owners completely renovated this 13,555 square foot building in 2002.

The main floor of the building consists of professionally decorated dining rooms, a magnificent wooden bar imported from London, England, fully equipped commercial kitchen and storage. The second floor dining room seats 90 in an attractive night club atmosphere along with a piano bar. A reception area, private offices and meeting rooms occupy the third floor. All three floors are serviced by an elevator, restrooms and a staircase from the lobby to the third floor.
