Learn Boating Skills With America's Boating Club Valley Forge
Now is the time to sign up for boating lessons beginning in January in Chester County night school.

CHESTER COUNTY —If you love being out on the water, America’s Boating Club Valley Forge has opportunities for you to learn new boating skills.
Courses this spring range from basic boating, including the state-required America's Boating Course, through using GPS, AIS and radar, marine navigation, and marine electronics.
These courses are offered in conjunction with Chester County Lifelong Learning, night school; and Clews and Strawbridge Marine, a Frazer based boating store.

The public is invited to register for these classes at www.cclifelearn.org (CCLL), or www.ABCvalleyforge.org Registration for the other courses will be available after Jan. 1, 2023.

- Jan 4 five Wednesday evenings; Peirce Middle School, West Chester School District;
- March 21, five Tuesday evenings; Downingtown Middle School, DASD;
- April/May One Saturday to be announced, eight hours.
Marine Navigation:
- March 21 – Seven Tuesday evenings; Downingtown Middle School, DASD
Marine Electrical Systems
- March 29 – Seven Wednesday evenings; Peirce Middle School, West Chester School District
How to Effectively Use GPS, AIS and RADAR
- March 20 – Three Monday evenings; Stetson Middle School; West Chester School District.
