Look Up, Look Down: Borough Hall Shaping Up
Driving down on Bridge Street last week it was hard not to see something up in the sky and down on the ground.
Work is progressing on the new Phoenixville Borough Hall on Bridge Street.
Last week, a crane on the south side of the building was hoisting an air conditioning unit in to place on the roof while smaller lift was hoisting workmen into place on a window and other workers were laying bricks.
