New Egg Roll, Appetizer Eatery Coming To Downtown Phoenixville

Bridge Street's newest locale describes itself as a "one stop shop for all things appetizers."

PHOENIXVILLE, PA — A new eatery specializing in egg rolls is on its way to downtown Phoenixville.

Madi's On A Roll, which describes itself as "a one stop shop for all things appetizers," will open at 313 Bridge Street, next to The Foodery and the Latino Minimarket.

The new owners say Phoenixville is the perfect spot for their concept.

"It feels so right...the space...the town...the opportunities...everything about it," said co-owner Madi McShane, who runs the operation with her husband Brian Coble.

The pair already have an existing location at 290 E. Lincoln Highway in Exton, but were looking to branch out.

The Phoenixville location will focus on prepackaged egg rolls, egg roll chips, dips, sauces, and more. A glance at their existing menu is online here.

Madi's has been a fixture at the Phoenixville Farmer's Market and other nearby markets for years.

They have not yet announced an estimated opening date.
