Obituary: Edith Toth

Area woman is survived by large family, including six great grandchildren.

 

Edith M. (Dewees) Toth, wife of the late Albert L. Toth, of Sanatoga, formerly of Reading, Pennsylvania, passed away on Monday, April 29, 2013, in the Reading Memorial Hospital, Reading, Pa.

Born in Valley Forge, she was the daughter of the late William and Edith (Compton) Dewees. Mrs. Toth was a 1953 graduate of Upper Merion High School. She was a devoted wife, mother of five, homemaker, and crafter.  She lived in Geissen, West Germany and San Juan, Puerto Rico with her husband and enjoyed traveling when able, new foods, music, and being with her family.

Mrs. Toth is survived by daughters, Cindy, wife of Jake Isner, of Missouri, Constance Corbin-Miller, wife of David Miller, of Pottstown, and Lisa, Wife of Kurt Geisinger, of Chantilly, VA; sons, Michael Toth, of Fargo, ND, and A. Richard, husband of Karen Toth, of Linfield; eight grandchildren and six great-grandchildren; and her best puppy, Molly.

Relatives and friends are invited to attend the Funeral Service at the Main Street at Fifth Avenue, Phoenixville, on Friday, May 3, 2013 at 11:00 a.m.  Entombment will follow in the Mt. Zion Cemetery, Pottstown. Friends may call from 10:00-11:00 a.m. at the funeral home.
