Obituary: JoAnn Weinberg

JoAnn Weinberg, age 58, of Phoenixville, PA passed away on July, 12 2012 due to complications from Myelofibrosis, a blood related cancer.

Originally from the Bayside section of Queens, NY, JoAnn was raised by Charles and Goody Zucker along with her brother Bobby. In 1973, she relocated to the Philadelphia area with her husband, Robert Weinberg.

Her husband Bob worked for many years in Wayne.

JoAnn is remembered as a quiet, yet extremely passionate and strong‐willed individual by her friends and family. Motivated by her love and devotion to her amily, JoAnn gave everything she had to ensure their happiness. JoAnn enjoyed
riding horses and caring for her dogs, Emma, Frazier, Spencer, and Freddie. JoAnn was preceded in death by her father, Charles, and brother, Bobby.

She is survived by her husband of forty years, Robert, two children, Jaime and Michael, and mother Goody Zucker.

A Celebration of Life is scheduled for Saturday, July 21, 2012 at the at 413 Maplewood Road in Wayne, PA from 2 to 4 pm. In lieu of flowers donations can be made to Memorial Sloan‐Kettering Cancer Center (PO Box 27106, New York, NY 10087‐7106) in Memory of Bobby Zucker.
