PASD: No Decision Yet on Storm's Impact on School

Phoenixville Area School District had made no decisions late Sunday night about whether or not the impending winter storm would impact school on Monday, but said it would be announcing all decisions on social media first.

“All PASD weather updates … will be communicated FIRST though Facebook, Twitter and Instagram,” the district wrote on Facebook.

Winter Storm Juno will be a “major snowstorm” for eastern Pennsylvania on Monday and Tuesday, with as much as a foot of snow falling in some areas.

Overall, the National Weather Service said, expect “heavy snow and drifting.” 

The National Weather Service has issued a Hazardous Weather Outlook for all of the region, saying Winter Storm Watch is in effect from Monday afternoon through Tuesday morning.
