Phoenixville Community Open-Air Market Returns

Local artists painted a colorful rainbow to celebrate the LGBTQ month.

PHOENIXVILLE , PA—The Phoenixville community joined with LGBT Equality Alliance of Chester County Sunday to paint a permanent rainbow on the crosswalks at Bridge Street and Church Alley.

The street mural is named "Pride Walk" in support of the LGBTQIA+ community, brightening up the downtown district for the return of Open-Air Market, which began last weekend and continues through the first week in October.

The 100 and 200 blocks of Bridge Street are closed during weekends.
