Phoenixville Lifts Snow Emergency
The declaration originally was to remain in place through Tuesday evening.
Phoenixville has as lifted its emergency snow declaration, the borough announced Tuesday morning.
The snow emergency originally was scheduled until 6 p.m. Tuesday, Jan. 27.
During snow emergencies, vehicles may not be parked on borough snow emergency routes, the borough said.

Forecasts had predicted up to a foot of snow for Chester County on Tuesday, but we got nothing close to that -- only 2.5 inches in Phoenixville.
