Phoenixville Physics Team Needs Help to Fund Trip to Thailand
Five Phoenixville high school students will participate in the International Young Physicists' Tournament this summer.

This summer, five teenagers from Phoenixville Area High School will achieve something that has not happened since 2007, represent the United States at the International Young Physicists’ Tournament in Thailand.
The team is currently working on a set of questions they need to experiment and answer before presenting the findings at the tournament from June 27 to July 4 at Suranaree University of Technology in Nakhon Ratchasima.
David Nascari, John Lukowski, Brian Tu, Andrew Mangabat and Karl Sewick have spent hours conferring with professors at the University of the Sciences in Philadelphia and other local resources. They just need a little help actually getting to the tournament.
