Phoenixville Police Invites The Public To National Night Out Tuesday

The event features a helicopter rescue demonstration, a road rescue display and photographs with police and firefighters.

PHOENIXVILLE , PA — Looking for a fun activity for your children Tuesday night?

The Phoenixville police invite the public to meet the police and firefighters from 6 to 9 p.m. at the National Night Out event at the borough’s new Recreational Center, 501 Franklin Ave.

National Night Out is an annual community campaign to promote camaraderie with the police and the community.

At the Phoenixville event, water ice and soft pretzels will be available.
Children and adults are invited to take photos with the Pennsylvania State Police Helicopter, Rescue Dive Unit.

Phoenixville police will provide an off road rescue display. Police Chief Brian Marshall and the police officers and Fire Chief Eamon C. Brazunas and the firefighters will be available to speak with the public about their jobs.
