Police arrested suspects on charges of burglary, drunken driving and public drunkenness from May 15 to 29.
PHOENIXVILLE PA — Phoenixville police arrested suspects on burglary, public drunkeness, and drunken driving and drug charges from May 15 to 29.
- Joseph Hoffman, 50, of Reinholds, remains free on $15,000 bail on charges of burglary and receiving stolen property and possessing illegal drugs. Police said Hoffman entered buildings in the 300 block of Foundry Street and removed items.
- Blake Gerhard, 31, of Upper Providence Township, Montgomery County, is free on 1,000 bail on charges of drunken driving and traffic offenses. The legal blood-alcohol limit to drive a vehicle in Pennsylvania is 0.08%
- A 43-year-old male of Phoenixville was arrested May 16 for Public Drunkenness after passing out in the unit block of Main Street.
- A 48-year-old female of New Holland, Lancaster County, was arrested on May 28 for public drunkenness when she was found staggering in the 200 block of Bridge Street.
- A 53-year-old Pottstown man was arrested on May 15 for possessing drugs.
