A 24-year-old Phoenixville woman is facing charges of receiving stolen property following a traffic stop by East Pikeland Police.
East Pikeland police charged the woman from Third Avenue in Phoenixville "with receiving stolen property after she was stopped for being in possession of a stolen Pennsylvania registration."
