POLL: Should Phoenixville Schools Have Been Delayed Tuesday?

The snow was a no-show.

Chester County woke up Tuesday to find that the much-hyped Winter Storm Juno was the blizzard that fizzled.

Forecasts had predicted more than a foot of snow, but the region got nothing close to that -- 3.3 inches in King of Prussia and 2.5 inches in Phoenixville.
